In Thunderbird email - main message page where the content of emails are viewed, the way to increase font size is by Ctrl with '+' keys. This works alright.

However, I cant find a way/place to set default font size for this pane. As of now, I got to use the Ctrl key each time I view a message.

Pls direct me to the menu to effect the default font size for above.

In Options/General/Language & Appearance, click the Advanced button and set the fonts and sizes with Fonts for: Latin and repeat with Fonts for: Other Writing Systems. Uncheck 'Allow messages to use other fonts'.
