webpage screenshot and editing on window 7
It is possible to screenshot the whole webpage on my friend's window 7 HP laptop by right clicking and selecting screenshot when using firefox,while right clicking does not display screenshot option on other laptops.What is the problem/solution?

Use the Snipping Tool Windows 7 Click on the Start Menu and start typing "snipping" into the search box. ... The Snipping Tool should show up in the Programs list above the search box, and you can click on it to start it. The Snipping Tool window will appear on your screen.
Make sure that the screenshot extension is enabled on the other device.
You can check this pref on the about:config page.

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can click the button to "Accept the Risk and Continue".
