I am using TB for 3 accounts. Two are POP3 one is IMAP. The two POP3 accounts when I delete emails in Thunderbird they never delete on the server. I tried changing the server setting "Leave Messages on Server" but found out what that did was pull all my emails from the inbox and delete them on the server.

Summary: Is there a setting for POP3 to delete emails from the server once deleted in Thunderbird?

Some providers, like Google ignore the delete message for POP accounts, depending on your setting in their web mail.
