Hello Mozilla Community ! Every time I try to send a basic e-mail this error pops up. I tried to change my IP-address and it still does not work. Sending an e-mail from another PC it's still broken. Other e-mails as Gmail are working totally fine. I think there is a problem with my account. How can I repair this error? Thank you in advice ! Have a great day.

Hi Please post the complete error message including what server/service sent it. It could be coming from your email service provider, the recipient or maybe your own virus software. Also do the simple test of sending a test message, to one recipient, that has no words in it that might be commercial in nature (words like free, win, prize, gift, dollar, buy, order, and any of multiple product names might get blocked).
An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: 5.7.1 11B8qhJa010098 This message has been blocked for containing SPAM-like characteristics. Please check the message and try again.
^ This is the error and I get it even if I send an example e-mail with just some random letters. At first, I've tried to sent an email, that had the word "order" in it, but now I can't send any basic e-mail. Can you still hep me? Tia !

That Mail relaying is what you are doing, or trying to do, when you are connected to the net via one service, but try to send your email through an smtp server located in another service.
Right click on mail account in Folder Pane and select 'Settings' Bottom of left pane select 'Outgoing server (SMTP)' select the smtp server in list. click on 'Edit' button Connection Security: select 'STARTTLS' click on all 'OK's
Close and then Start Thunderbird.
Send me a message after trying There could be more.

Hi..I have this problem as well on both my laptops running Windows 10. On my old Desktop running XP I don't have this problem. I'm running Bitdefender Anti Virus on the two laptops, not on the desktop. This is completely annoying and I'm going back to my web based email if I can't correct the problem.
