I've unchecked the box for enable adaptive junk mail controls for this account. I've unchecked the same box in local folders.

I tried deleting my profile and creating a new one - and starting from scratch.

Thunderbird is STILL automatically moving emails from my inbox to the deleted folder.

I'm waiting for very important emails so I'm going to have to uninstall :(

Thanks!

have you considered it is probably NOT Thunderbird doing the moving? The default account is an IMAP one and that is synchronized to the server. So anything that goes to deleted on the server also goes to deleted on Thunderbird. If you have IMAP on your phone, anything you delete on it will be reflected in Thunderbird as well.
