I've been using Spanish (Mexico) dictionary for a few years as my default spell checking dictionary. However, it lacks a lot of common words and local idioms that I use everyday.

How can I create a new dictionary for Spanish (Colombia), or contribute to the Mexican one? I can't find a Github repo with the project.
