Upon letting Thunderbird compact folders (which I will now turn off or ignore, I lost my email folder file structure and emails where I separate client/project emails into separate folders. There seems to be issues with Apple mail accounts and Thunderbird. Is there any way I can retrieve this now missing information?

Is this a gmail account?

Do the folders return after restarting Thunderbird?

WHat version are you running?

Not gmail. Mac/iCloud account. Thunderbird 78.12.0 Folders do not return upon restarting application or system.
