PDFs not viewing properly on FireFox

Recently PDF forms with filled fields are rotating text in the form fields. This is not happening on Chrome. Please see the attached screenshots from FF and the actual document appearance. FF version: 95.0.2 (64-bit) this is happening on my computer and other coworker computers.

I can replicate the issue in Nightly and see it works fine in Chrome. see screenshot

I was able to replicate the issue in all version of Firefox I run(5) and even in Waterfox.
