Hello everyone,

I'm currently logged into my Firefox account, however, I can't remember its password. If I reset the password I lose all 245 of my saved logins. I want to reset the password so that I actually remember it. If ever I get logged out on this laptop, or change laptop, I'll lose all 245 of my logins. What do I doooooooooooooooooooooo?

If you still have the passwords on a desktop device then you can create an backup of logins.json and key4.db just to be sure.

You can disconnect all devices from Sync if you have the logins stored on at least one device. Then a password reset would only clear data stored on the Sync server and not on other connected devices. You can reconnect that device using the new password and wait for the initial Sync to finish and then reconnect one other device at the time.
