Looking up a password on my Firefox Security Manager for Passwords, I am noticing the name of the page is called Logins and Passwords and does not have a security lock on the search engine. Is this meaning my passwords are not secure? I think I read anything that does not have a Lock on it is not secure. Please let me know.

There no such option for that manager. What you should be doing is password protecting your Windows Login so NO one can login in as Admin/Owner otherwise your system is open to anyone using your Windows account. It's not up to Firefox how someone secure their password on the computer browser if they don't password protect Window login from prying eyes.
