Hi,

Firefox is denied access when an attempt to reach a specific website is made. Error code: Reference #18.9eac1502.1673886709.57090a0e

I tried clearing all cache and deleting all cookies to no avail.

Hi

Are you using a VPN app on your Android device?

Using no VPN. Tried reaching the site from 2 countries where it normally works. Confirmed that by using a different android device.

Hi

Which countries have you tried this site from?

Can you try from a different device?

I have tried https://www.austrian.com/ and am still able to access it.

I've tried from Albania and Austria. As I said, I have tried from a different device and it works. I wouldn't want to install a second browser strictly for accessing said website.

Wow, that is a lot of traveling, you are very lucky.

I think it is important to note that I can access that website in Firefox for Android - I do not think that this is a browser issue.

Do you have any add-ons installed in your copy of Firefox for Android?

Are you using different service providers on the two devices?
