Are you referring to the Windows 11 taskbar? If so I don't see how is this a Firefox-related issue.
You can add anything to the Windows taskbar by right-clicking on the executable icon (in your case evernote.exe) and selecting the "Pin to taskbar" option.
Hi, if you have this add-on --
https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/evernote-web-clipper/
-- click the Extensions button (looks like a puzzle piece near the right end of the main toolbar) to see whether it is listed on the drop-down there. If so, right-click it and "Pin to Toolbar" to add it to the main toolbar. You can use Customize to move it around after that.

One troubleshooting note: some add-on buttons are invisible in private windows if they do not have permission to run in private windows. More info: Extensions in Private Browsing.
To add the Evernote icon or Evernote Web Clipper icon to your taskbar on Windows 11:
Open Firefox and navigate to the Evernote website or the Evernote Web Clipper add-on page. Install the Evernote Web Clipper add-on if you haven't already. Click on the three horizontal lines (the "hamburger" menu) in the top-right corner of the Firefox window. Click on "More tools" and then click on "Add-ons". In the "Extensions" tab, find the Evernote Web Clipper add-on and click on the three dots to the right of it. Select "Pin to overflow menu" to add the Evernote Web Clipper icon to the overflow menu, which can be accessed by clicking on the three dots in the top-right corner of the Firefox window. Right-click on the Evernote Web Clipper icon in the overflow menu and select "Pin to taskbar" to add it to your taskbar. Note: If the Evernote icon is not appearing on your taskbar, you may need to restart Firefox or your computer.

This is not an option in Firefox 109+ with the new Extensions button.
