When I start up my Windows 10 laptop, Thunderbird tries to connect to my Hotmail email account, but it can no longer make the connection to the Outlook imap server (imap-mail.outlook.com) apparently because my password is no longer accepted. I just get the message box "Login to server imap-mail.outlook.com with username neil.january@hotmail.com failed - enter new password". There is no new password. I have not changed the password, and Thunderbird was connecting without trouble until a few days ago. What should I do?

Emails still get through to my Android phone with no trouble.

Change the incoming to outlook.office365.com, 993, SSL/TLS, OAuth2, email address; outgoing smtp.office365.com, 587, STARTTLS, email address. Restart TB after making changes.
