I want to export my bookmarks from a Linux laptop to a Windows 11 laptop. Can they be sync'd? I have tried the instructions from CoPilot on the new Windows machine, but not getting anywhere.

You can set-up a free Mozilla account with will store your bookmarks &c which you can then retrieve on a different installation.

Sync is it and remember that it's not a back-up service.
