I have been using FF for years and have been doing online banking. I cannot get into the bank's web site anymore. I can get in with Chrome but don't want to. Please help.

Which bank? I've been trying to track any bank that is not working on Firefox.

When you go to your bank's website, you type in your username & password and try to login. What happens next? A blank page appears, a error message? It would help to know. Thanks!

Thanks for the very punctual reply. When I type in the Servus.ca web site I get the correct page with my saved USER ID & PASSWORD and "continue" but it isn't hylighted and won't respond. My bank is Servus Credit Union.

You're welcome! Thank you for the quick reply as well. It sounds like its getting stuck on the same page as login page.

Have you tried erasing cookies and cache to see if that clears up the problem?

These two articles will show you how to do that: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/clear-cookies-and-site-data-firefox https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache

You can check for issues with Total Cookie Protection.

If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block content (Adblock,NoScript,DuckDuckGo PE,Disconnect,Ghostery,uBlock Origin,Malwarebytes), always make sure such extensions do not block content.
