Do you use custom userChrome.css file? Enter about:config in the address bar and turn off toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets + restart.

Unfortunately this did not work. I should have mentioned I am using Zen browser by the way, didn't realize at first that this support page was for any Mozilla browser.
