I have another kind of problem with Firefox

oh my god.... i think firefox is talking to me through my computer. firefox is trying to make me do evil things.... firefox is satanic...... please.... someone cancel my subscription before its too late.....and i want my money back....

I am a volunteer and there is no reason to be rude.

Firefox is 100% free and open source!!! You can file a report with Mozilla. If necessary, they will take action Fruad Report

The only place where you should download firefox is getfirefox.com

ray_marsden, just where did you download Firefox from as the official site is www.mozilla.com and to stop using Firefox, well just either stop using it or uninstall it form Add/Remove like may other applications on Windows.

There is nothing to cancel as you do not sign up or such to use Firefox. If you did signup or pay for Firefox download then well you got Firefox from some unofficial place and may have been scammed.



Never realized they added more moderators as I have never seen you around before FF4L. I am one the first mods here but have not been around a whole lot lately as I mainly do mozillaZine.
