I can't use a few sites without enabling cookies. I tried to go into the privacy tab under tools then options, but it won't let me. All the other tabs in the options work except privacy. Is there a way to fix this or another way to do it?

Inability to access parts of the Options dialog can be caused by malfunctioning add-ons. Try the procedures in the troubleshooting extensions and themes article.
