Reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems: View > Zoom > Reset (Ctrl+0 (zero); Cmd+0 on Mac)

I was able to fix it by removing the check mark from Zoom/text only. Then after that I used the control key with mouse scroll wheel to resize the page to fill all in. Thanks.
