Firefox 3.6.10 broke all my extensions - They're showing "active" but are not working.

After installing 3.6.10, I can't get any of my extensions to work. They all show that they are active. I've tried the advice given others with the same issue, where you delete your extensions.ini, extensions.rdf, etc files & then restart, but that did nothing.

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems

See Basic Troubleshooting: Make a new profile

If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile (be careful not to copy corrupted files)

See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Transferring_data_to_a_new_profile_-_Firefox
