I see a bunch of random chinese characters instead of my blog. It looks great on IE, it only looks weird on firefox. It usually happens as soon as I refresh the page. Can anyone help me?

No problems here.

The server doesn't send an encoding to use and there is also no charset specified in the page source, so Firefox will use the default as set in "Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors: Advanced > Default Character Encoding"

You can check the encoding in "View > Character Encoding" and make sure that it isn't UTF-16

Yeah, I just checked and it's not on UTF-16. It's on Western ISO -8859-1
