A client of mine sent me an MP3 file that has .webloc as the file extension. It was suggested that I download ParetoLogic PC Health Advisor to open it. After downloading ParetoLogic PC Health Advisor, they suggested that I down load Mozilla Firefox 3.6.12. After having done both of these things, I still am unable to open the file. HELP!!

If it is a MP3 file and you trust the person who send it to you then you need to change the file extension to .mp3 to make Firefox and your OS recognize the file as a MP3 file.

If the file was send via email then the email program may have made that change as a protection measure.
You can scan the file with your AV program to verify that it doesn't contain a virus.
