The page http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ shows that the most current version of Shockwave Flash for Linux is 10.1.102.65

You seem to indicate that you have version 10.1.102.65 installed.

Version 10.1.102 is a shortened version number; there is no 10.1.102 without 2 additional digits. Frequently the last 2 digits will vary by OS you are using and are not always shown.

So what is your question?
