Why can I not run EZWatch Pro remote view software. It runs in IE OK

EZWatch Pro is security camera software. Firefox will not run the remote view function where you can log onto the remote server and view the output from the cameras. It runs OK in Internet Explorer

Have you tried getting help from the EZWatchPro website?

This page leads me to think that it just isn't compatible with any browser except for Internet Explorer.

Firefox just doesn't do ActiveX.
