I am required to use MS Office Outlook Web Access in IE 8 to work my email account from a client. The IE version installed in my laptop is 8.0.7600 .16385. My Firefox version is 3.6.13.

When I send emails or insert attachments the following error that points to Mozilla Firefox: "Outlook Web Access has encountered a web browsing error. The entire error report is listed below: User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/4.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; InfoPath.2; .NET4.0C)".

How can I resolve the problem? Thanks in advance!

That is a message about IE, not about Firefox. The Mozilla/4.0 in your UserAgent string and in that message pertains to Trident rendering engine in Internet Explorer.
