When I click on the tab with a + on it, located next to the active tab a new page does not open. If I click on "New Tab" in the File menu a new tab does not open. My question is, Why won't a new page open when I click on a new tab?

That can a problem with the Ask.com toolbar (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions)

Thank you! I uninstalled the Ask.com toolbar and the problem is solved.
