When trying to update Firefox 3.1.16 to Firefox 4, Norton Internet Security says that Updater.exe contains a virus. Norton then removes the program and the update fails. What is going on?

Somehow it got marked by Norton. I can't imagine that Firefox contains a virus, anti-virus-tools are a bit strange from time to time. Update your Norton register tomorrow and reinstall or deactivate it for installation.

It is being flagged as having the WS.Reputation.1 virus by the Insight part of Norton as the Updater.exe program is being downloaded and analyzed by Norton Insight.
