Screen shots on this site and the introductory video to FF4 show a button at the far RH end of the navigation bar that has a star on it. I don't appear to have this. I've tried resetting the navigation bar and interestingly, when the Customise Toolbar window is active this button appears along with a reload and stop reloading buttons all of which disappear when I click 'Done'. Any ideas? Thanks

Drag and drop from the Customize items to the toolbar.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately the missing buttons are not in the Customise Toolbar window and that still doesn't address the problem as to why they are not there in the first place and why they mysteriously appear only when the Customise Toolbar window is active.
