In response to my question dealing with the incompatability of Firefox 4.0 and Norton Internet Security, the 'solution' said that "You can then install the latest version of Firefox 3.6 available from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefos/all-older.html - it will automatically . . ."

   Entering that URL results in getting an "OOPS" message.
   What do I do now?
