Firefox 4.0 does not SAVE my tabs on Exit : (
I just upgraded to Firefox 4.0 on my Windows 7 desktop. I had to close Firefox for an add-on to install and it wiped out ALL of my tabs I had open!! NOT Happy : (
I have searched thru the options, Help menu (all it says it may be a problems with the setting but doesn't tell me how to fix it) and I looked thru the forum. I have not been able to find a way to set it so it will SAVE my TABS on EXIT.
I am running 4.0 on my laptop and it always saves my tabs on exit.
Please let me know what I need to do to fix this problem. As I already said...I am NOT Happy : (
Thank you.

Did you try Firefox > History > Restore Previous Session?
I had the same problem do this

I do what this guy said and it is allright again
Firefox 4 saves the previous session automatically, so there is no longer need for the dialog asking if you want to save the current session.
You can use "Firefox > History > Restore Previous Session" to get the previous session.
There is also a "Restore Previous Session" button on the default about:home Home page.
Another possibility is to use:
- Tools > Options > General > Startup: "When Firefox Starts": "Show my windows and tabs from last time"
On the times when my previous session was not restored, the "Restore Previous Session" option under History was grayed out (meaning it was not available).
Simple fix @ ARTHURLUFFY !! Thanks for sharing.....
