  1. Go to compuserve so that you have the page you want on your screen.

  2. Click the orange Firefox button and go to Options | Options | General.

  3. Make sure it says "Show My Homepage" in the first dropdown menu.

  4. Click the button called "Use Current Pages" to set the homepage to the one you have on the screen.

Also, please visit the Plugins Check page and update where necessary. Your Flash installation is seriously out of date which exposes your machine to exploits. See: http://www.adobe.com/support/security/bulletins/apsb11-13.html
