The personas that I have been looking at for the past week or so are not ones that I would pick. Every time I click on the little for on my tool bar it tell's me that it has addded the persona to my faves. I don't want them there. I can't get signed on to check my faves. I ask to have my new password sent to me the e-mail never comes. No icon in the bottom corner of anything, left or right.

I don't know anything about the Personas Rotator add-on, but if you cannot see its icon, you might not be displaying the Add-ons toolbar. To turn that on:

View menu > Toolbars > check Add-ons Toolbar

(If you have the orange Firefox button, tap the Alt key to temporarily display the classic menu bar.)
