My android / firefox will let me read MOODLE posts but when I reply, the keyboard comes up but it never accepts anything I type. This makes it very diffcult for me to reply to posted in a course I am teaching. Thanks Martin

I use Moodle to take and teach courses. My android (HTC Desire HD) will recognize using Firefox the Moodle sites I use. Athabasca University and Portage College both in Alberta Canada. I can read and navigate well, however, when I try to respond to a post from my phone, I tap on the reply box and it recognizes the box as a text entry box and brings up the keyboard, however nothing I type is on the screen nor entered into the box.

Any ideas?

Cheers Martin

This sounds like a bug in Firefox 4 that is fixed in our latest beta version. Can you try testing Firefox Beta from the Android Market and let us know whether it fixes this problem?
