Can you help please, i am unable to install adobe flash player 10 using firefox. It lets me download but when I try to install it it says that there is a conflict with Mozilla Firefox and requests that I quit.

Close Firefox before running the Flash installer - that's Adobe's rules for installing the Plugin version of Flash.
