I updated Firefox, Adobe plug in, Adobe flash player and I still cannot get the you tube page to load properly. I can't get the page to load and I can't view a video. Any suggestions?

I downloaded the adobe flash player, shock player and the firefox update. I cannot view the you tube website from my browser or any other link. I get a page that looks different and the video won't load. What have I missed?

Could you provide the url of the page, I installed the 10.3.183.5 update today, and tested a single page okay. (my system is Win7 Firefox 5.0). But then I notice it wasn't working before the update for you. Right click within the movie, for adobe settings and turn off hardware acceleration. Within Firefox there is Tools > Options > Advanced > use hardware acceleration when available which i assume is the same setting within Windows and as would be set in Flash.
