I own a commerce website that is completely secure. When my customers order using Firefox they get a security message that implies this site is not secure. Can you help me?

We own a website called www.burpsbibsandbeyond.com. When our customers place an order they receive a Message which says"You have requested an encrypted page that contains some unencrypted information. Information that you can see or enter on this page could easily be read by a third part. Alert me whenever I'm about to view an encrypted page that contains some unencrypted information." Needless to say this discourages sales on our site. Can you help?
