I have firefox 6.0.2. I cannot get the "permission manager tab" even though I have typed in "about:permissions" in the url location bar. I am given"The URL is not valid and cannot be loaded." Can you help? Thanks

I have the firefox 6.0.2. version downloaded on my Dell computer. I wanted to block a particular website, so I read the instructions on your page. I was instructed as I wrote in my question above but to no avail. Bottom line: I cannot open the Permission Manager tab.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
