When I click the Firefox icon, it crashes. I have un-installed and re-installed Firefox twice to solve the problem, but that hasn't helped. Even when I try to start Firefox in safe mode, it still crashes. Also, all plug-ins are up to date so I'm not sure what the problem could be.

Thank you for your help. I ran a full McAfee scan and it came back clear. Any suggestions for next steps/what I can do to fix it?

No user has reported back a solution so far.
Maybe you can do a malware check with some malware scanning programs.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
