[SOLVED] How do I move the tabs back up to the top, right next to the orange "firefox" options thing?

My tabs used to be right up next to it, in the top left corner going across the top of the screen... but I think I accidentally clicked and dragged something... now they are directly below the firefox thing and they go across the screen from there. How do I move them back? I've tried the options menu as well as dragging it back up. I might just uninstall FF and reinstall it to get those default settings back.
