for the last several versions in 3.x, even in safe mode, this problem has been occurring. the graphics for the mozilla add-on webpages are not appearing in mozilla ff....but are appearing in IE. furthermore, the text is appearing down the left side of the window, rather than across. so one has to scroll and scroll and scroll to read. i have gone to mozillazine and used many of the suggestions, even checking all the places mentioned in about:config i like looking for add-ons that might make my internet experience even better but it is so frustrating having this happen. i tried going to 4 but my beloved toolbar buttons were not compatible so i went back to 3.x. michael b, who created toolbar buttons, says he's too busy to make them compatible with new ff versions. and because of the graphics problem i can't even find another add-on that might offer similar features.
