I use a CRM hosted application called SAGE. When I try to load it using the 64-bit version of Firefox I get a message saying it requires a plugin. Firefox is unable to find a suitable plugin, but it gives me no information about what kind of plugin it needs. How can I find out what type of plugin it is looking for?

Does it work with the 32 bit version of Firefox?

Then you can check which plugin is used. You need 64 bit plugin for a 64 bit Firefox version, so if there isn't a 64 bit version of that plugin then it won't work.
