I work for the Ambassador Theatre Group IT Dept, one of our users has an issue when trying to upload files from websites such as www.soundcloud.com & www.youtube.com. It will get to a particular percentage and then stop uploading.

I have a screenshot if required.

It will then bring up a prompt box asking for username & pw. After entering the users login credentials or even our administration details it still does not work.

Ive got our support company to take a look and cannot find any issues as it works fine from Internet explorer. All the proxy settings have been doubled checked also, do you have any suggestions?

Did you check for security (anti-virus) software causing problems?

Most such software scans files before allowing an upload and some files may stall if that isn't done properly.

Ive checked the anti virus side of things and cannot find any issues, it seems to work fine on IE and performs a scan successfully. Ive tried to add an exception into the firewall which still makes no difference. Do you have any other suggestions? Im still looking into different avenues to go down to get this resolved (hopefully)
