i had to change to a new motherboard and hard drive. i need FF to be as it was one week ago. how do i gain all my old bookmarks back from the old FF install i have sitting on my old hard drive? my current motherboard is unable to boot into the old drive. the old drive is like unto a giant thumb drive.

CTRL-SHIFT-B to show all bookmarks. Then use Import and Backup to navigate to your old bookmarks and import them. If they were not exported from the old setup first in a .html format, they will be in a "places.sqlite" file rather than a bookmarks.html file. In that case use the restore option rather than the import option.
