Firefox can not be open at all, there is a dialog box named Mozilla Crash reporter, with the option Restart, but after this is selected, the same dialog box opens.

Hey alinana,

Have you tried starting Firefox in Safe Mode? Hold down "shift" while Firefox is starting up. If the crash doesn't happen in Safe Mode, you should read Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems.

There is also a lot of useful stuff in the Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly) Knowledge Base article.

Hopefully this helps!

To add to what Matt_G suggested:

Here is the report for Crash ID bp-3ebb763b-3990-41c4-8b32-abf072120401

https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/3ebb763b-3990-41c4-8b32-abf072120401 Firefox 3.6.28 Crash Report [@ nsJARProtocolHandler::Init() ]

The crash report Modules list shows the existence of datamngr.dll (version 1.0.0.1) which is associated with potentially-unwanted software such as iLiVid, BearShare MediaBar, SearchQu Toolbar, iMesh Toolbar, jZip Toolbar and other questionable toolbars (ref: bug 665775). If you are able to start in Firefox Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode, go to the Add-ons -> Extensions list and disable or remove unwanted toolbars and the "Data Manager for Firefox" extension, if found. You may also need to remove the associated software that installed these extensions from Windows. See also Remove a toolbar that has taken over your Firefox search or home page, Cannot remove an add-on (extension or theme) and Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware.
