When I go to TPR Download depot log in chose a file to download and click on the download button. Instead of getting a download box that asks me if I want to open or save the file I get a page of gobbledegook and I am unable to download any of the files. This only happens with Fire Fox if I use internet explorer or Goggle Chrome. Do you know why this is happening or how I can resolve the problem so I am able to download using FF Here is a link where you can see a screen shot of what I see when I have clicked onto the downloads button http://goo.gl/uDSIB

The link you posted above (http://goo.gl/uDSIB) seems to be an email attachment that only you can see.

Sound that the servers sends the file as text/pain instead of with another or no MIME type that would make Firefox show the download dialog.

You can try to right-click the link and use Save Link as or hold down the Alt key while left-clicking.

I think this link should work http://img822.imageshack.us/img822/2873/cdpo.jpg doing a right click wont work you first have to click on the download button after which you should get a download dialogue box asking if you want to save or open the file. I dont get the dialogue box I get a page of goggledegoup I noticed I can add an image so I have just done so this is what I see after clicking on the download button
