I can not wtch anything on fierfox wich is moving (a video). When I started my computer a adobe update came up. I install the update. After that I started firefox and then some popout thing came up. I pressed at cancel before I read the popout. I think that is the problem. Now I cant watch any videos at youtube or any other site. But with google chrome it works excellent. Sow there is nothing wrong with adobe flash player. Help please.

As you will see there are many possible reasons for problems, but right now the majority of problems are down to a security improvement in Flash Player.

Do you use Real Player, if so disable that and try again, it will cause problems after the changes.

Flash Player current problems, I understand are affecting Windows and some browsers, but not Google Chrome. Adobe Flash have been updating information at http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1018071?tstart=0

Our own information that we are trying to keep up to date is at

P.S.
The Adobe link explains how to downgrade to an older version of FlashPlayer but reminds you that is a security risk.

Adobe has a Flash setting in your Control Panel that you can use in case you need to reset anything. However, you may want to just uninstall and reinstall Flash to make sure you're starting with a fresh set of configuration files. To remove Flash:

Start Menu -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Adobe Flash -> Repair/Uninstall, and go through the uninstallation process. Then, you can re-download flash from here
