Early this week, Firefox stopped loading videos and audio. I have done all the plugin updates, disabled extensions and added them back, and everything else suggested on "Fix common audio and video issues". In troubleshooting information under graphics, this appears several times: "Blocked for your graphics driver version. Try updating your graphics driver to version 10.6 or newer." ATI's latest version is 8.9 so I can't figure out what graphic driver I am supposed to update.I downloaded the latest from the AMD website. When I try to update the driver through Windows device manager, it says I already have the most current driver. Please help.

You appear to be using Firefox 6,the current release is Firefox 13 so it may help to update that.

You are using Flash Player 11.3 unfortunately FlashPlayer on Windows Firefox has recently been causing problems and you may even need to downgrade to Flash 10.3 or 11.2
