After typing new email I then clicked on attach, nothing happened. I then clicked on bottom left of email page to "Attach more files easily" now all I get is "Loading Attachment Uploader". As soon as I try to send new mail, or forward or reply screen freezes. Yellow line about 1/4 inch appears across screen, on right side in block (Restart in 32 - bit mode) appears. I then have to close firefox as everything stays frozen. I can go to Safari and yahoo mail works fine, also on firefox gmail works fine. Using MacBook Pro, Mac OS X Ver. 10.7.4, firefox 13.0.1. Never had any problems before this. Looking for help !! Thanks, Joh

Have you ever had this message before:

Remote XUL: This page uses an unsupported technology that is no longer available by default in Firefox.

If yes report this problem to Yahoo. If not, then try uninstalling Browser Plus (if you previously installed it for this matter only). If you use it for other matters, then keep it and try uninstalling Firefox then reinstall it by downloading it from www.mozilla.org after 24 hours.

Not solved after this, then accept my apologies for not being able to help more.

Not sure if this is helpful or not, it seems uninstalling my be my only option. Not sure what the wait for 24 hours before reinstalling ??

because if you noticed already within these 24 hours, Firefox updated its engine. You can reinstall it now without waiting 24 hours. Me too im not sure this is the solution, but if you have nothing to lose in bookmarks and installed plugins, try it. It worked for me.
