I have a brand new computer with Windows Pro, Firefox 13 and Norton Symantec 2010 (?)

I can load email attachments in my Yahoo account but not in Gmail. It says "attachment failed".

I tried both docs and pdf. The help menus for both Firefox and Google/gmail do not have solutions to the issue. Maybe this is a Google/gmail issue.

I'll try IE to see if the problems is the same on that browser.

Thank you for any help, Karen_Laffey@yahoo.com

did you try attaching files in another browser? sometimes browser script errors block this feature, try it in Opera or internet Explorer, if succeeded then look for fixing problem with your FireFox , reinstall it.

Try to set the Boolean pref network.http.spdy.enabled to false on the about:config page.
