You list the Kyocera M9300 (Echo) as supported. You can't get that phone from Kyocera anymore. Boost carries the new Kyocera Hydro. Is this device supported? It runs Android 4.0.

Supported just means that we have physical access to the device. Any phone that is running Android 2.2+, 512mb RAM and 800mHZ CPU should run Firefox for Android.
